The
Douglas County Sheriff's Office Records Division is open for walk in appointments Monday thru Friday 8:00 a.m thru 4:45 p.m.
Application needed to apply for a concealed weapons permit. This is used for both new and renewal applications. The application must be submitted in person at 1038 Buckeye Rd, Minden, NV. For questions call 775-782-9933.
Please feel free to fill out this application prior to coming into our
office. We need to witness your signature so please do not sign this
application until submission.
You will also need to have a valid driver's license with proof of your physical address and a completed course certificate.
Out of State residents must take the course in the county they wish to apply.
Permits cannot be renewed prior to 120 days before expiration.
May take up to 120 days for processing.

Civil Penalty (not notifying Sheriff's Office of address or name change):

Form needed to change
address or name on your current concealed weapons permit. If you
require a new card there is a $15.00 fee.
