Douglas County Sheriff’s Office Reports Arrests For Possession of Drugs, Paraphernalia, and Weapons
Minden, NV - On July 19th at approximately 2:00 pm, the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at 1392 Highway 395 in Gardnerville. The search warrant was the result of information learned the previous day when patrol deputies had responded to the address for a medical call and observed drug paraphernalia along with obvious children’s toys throughout the house.
The following items were seized as a result of the search warrant:
400 grams of suspected psilocybin mushrooms (a Schedule I controlled substance)
4 grams of suspected methamphetamine
4 unregistered firearm suppressors (commonly referred to as silencers)
3 handguns with no serial numbers (commonly referred to as ghost guns)
1 AR-15 lower receiver with no serial number
Numerous items of drug paraphernalia
Arrested at the scene were:
John Dillion O’Neill a 32-year-old male resident of Gardnerville. O’Neill was booked into the Minden Jail for Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, four counts of Possession of an Illegal Firearm Suppressor, and three counts of Possession of a firearm without a serial number. O’Neill’s bail was set at $15,643,
Colten Michael Grauman a 29-year-old male resident of Gardnerville. Grauman was booked into the Minden Jail for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Grauman’s bail was set at $640.
