Douglas County Sheriff's Office Seeking Help in Identifying Possible Theft Suspects
On Saturday, June 21, 2025, at approximately 1:10 p.m., an 85-year-old Douglas County resident accidentally left her purse inside a restroom at Wal-Mart, located at 1511 Grant Avenue, Gardnerville, Nevada. Shortly after leaving the restroom, two unidentified females are seen going into the restroom and exiting. When exiting, one of the unidentified females appears to be concealing a bulky item under her jacket, likely the victim’s purse.
