Increased number of burglaries and vandalisms in Indian Hills Community

Recently, the community of Indian Hills in Douglas County, Nevada has experienced an increased number of burglaries from motor vehicles and property vandalisms.

The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office is requesting residents and community members of the Indian Hills area to assist law enforcement in suppressing this cluster of crimes. If you observe suspicious activities or persons in Indian Hills, especially during the late night and early morning hours, contact Douglas County Communications by calling 911 or by dialing 775-782-5126 to request a deputy respond to the area.

Residents of the Indian Hills area are encouraged to remove valuables from vehicles when parking on the street and to lock and secure vehicles when parked on the street.
