Minden, Nevada – The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the person(s) involved in a commercial burglary from the Village Laundrette located at 1516 US HWY 395.  The suspect entered the 24-hour business Friday, March 6th at 2:22 AM.  The suspect depicted in the surveillance photo utilized a variety of tools to pry open or attempted to pry open various vending machines in the launderette.  The suspect was in the business for approximately 10 minutes and was with an unidentified “lookout” waiting in a late model, light colored VW Bug with a sunroof.  The VW pictured below is a similar model to the suspect’s actual vehicle.

The unknown suspect is a white male in his 20’s and appears to have a birthmark or small dark tattoo near his right eye. The suspect was wearing a “Sinister” brand dark jacket with grey hood and multiple unique embroidery patterns.

A reward is being offered to anyone with information leading to the arrest and/or conviction of the suspect. Your identity is not needed and you will remain anonymous.
